In order to receive our company catalog with prices the following qualifications
must be met:
1. Must be a retailer
2. Have a Valid Resale Permit
3. A copy of your Resale Permit must be faxed to the office
4. All application forms must be complete with signatures and faxed back to our
office
5. There must be a minimum of 4-5 valid references (Note: Each reference should
indicate your account number and have a current contact number or fax number)
6. We must have proper mailing address, contact name and number for your company
Once all qualifications have been met, a customer service representative will
send out a full package with current catalogs, prices, and any updated information.
